Generating Actionable Insights for Ethiopia's Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
The program's goal is to generate, organise, and disseminate evidence-based knowledge on regenerative entrepreneurship and, entrepreneurial ecosystem that informs policy, practice, and investment decisions, while fostering innovation and sustainable enterprise development.
The program's purpose is to:
Conduct applied research and studies
analyse entrepreneurship trends, challenges, and opportunities across sectors and regions.
Map and monitor the entrepreneurial ecosystem
identify key actors, support services, financing flows, policy frameworks, and market dynamics.
Produce and share knowledge products
such as policy briefs, case studies, reports, and toolkits that guide entrepreneurs, policymakers, and development partners.
Facilitate evidence-based policymaking
provide reliable data and insights to strengthen enabling policies and regulatory frameworks.
Promote innovation and learning
capture best practices, case studies for successful entrepreneurs can be scaled or adapted.
Strengthen research and knowledge-sharing platforms
build partnerships with universities, think tanks, and innovation hubs to co-create knowledge.
Support capacity for data-driven entrepreneurship
train stakeholders on research use, monitoring, and knowledge management for decision-making.

Facilitate evidence-based engagement with policymakers and stakeholders to shape policies and frameworks that support regenerative entrepreneurship and ecosystem growth.
